Digital Goods Purchase Agreement

1. Scope and Acceptance

1. This agreement covers digital goods on Pathryn, including automatic card-key goods, templates, assets, resource packs, source configuration, and download links. Physical goods requiring shipping, courses, and subscriptions are covered by their own agreements.
2. By checking the consent box at checkout and completing payment, you confirm that you have read and accept this agreement in full.
3. Before ordering, review the product name, type, description, license scope, intended audience, delivery method, version information, and after-sales terms. Where a product page conflicts with this agreement, the product page prevails — except for Section 5 (Refund Policy).

2. Delivery Methods and Timing

1. Pathryn supports five delivery methods: (1) file download — the download address appears in order details after payment; (2) online reading page — the page unlocks after payment; (3) external link — redirect to a third-party address specified by the seller; (4) card key — automatic issuance of an account, activation code, or redemption code; (5) manual delivery — handled by the seller or platform and provided in order details.
2. The first four are automatic and normally complete immediately after payment is confirmed. Manual delivery follows the timeframe stated on the product page; where none is stated, within 3 business days.
3. Order details are the authoritative delivery channel. Site notifications and emails are reminders only and do not constitute delivery. Save your purchase promptly after payment — download links and card keys may carry expiry dates or usage limits as stated on the product page.
4. Neither Pathryn nor its sellers will ever ask you for your password, payment credentials, wallet private key, or seed phrase through site messages or private chat. Stop and report any such request.

3. Payment, Settlement, and Merchant of Record

1. Two payment types are supported: (1) card and local payment rails provided by third-party payment processors; (2) cryptocurrency — currently USDT on Arbitrum and USDC on Base. Available methods are shown at checkout.
2. Card payments are processed by Creem or Stripe acting as Merchant of Record. That provider handles collection, invoicing, and applicable taxes, so the merchant name on your card statement may read as the provider (for example CREEM.IO or STRIPE) rather than Pathryn. This is expected — please contact us to verify a statement entry before filing a chargeback.
3. Transaction currency, applicable taxes, and fees are those shown at checkout.
4. Cryptocurrency notice: a blockchain transfer is irreversible once broadcast. You must send on the exact network, in the exact asset, and to the exact address shown at checkout. Losses from choosing the wrong network, sending to a wrong address, underpaying, or omitting a required memo cannot be recovered by Pathryn or the seller, and we bear no liability for them. Network fees (gas) are yours to pay and are not part of the order amount.
5. An order is settled when Pathryn confirms receipt. Cryptocurrency payments are considered successful only after the required number of network confirmations.

4. License and Intellectual Property

1. Copyright and related intellectual property in digital goods belong to the creator or Pathryn. Your purchase grants a license to use the product within the scope stated on the product page — not ownership of the content.
2. Personal license: for the buyer's own study and use only. You may not publicly distribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the product, nor remove or defeat its encryption, watermarks, or copyright marks.
3. Where a product page states that commercial use is supported, that page defines the commercial scope. Where it is silent, personal non-commercial use is the default.
4. Some products are delivered as encrypted files. The decryption passphrase is for the buyer's personal use only. Sharing or distributing passphrases, or breaking file encryption, entitles Pathryn to revoke the license, discontinue updates and support, and pursue legal remedies.
5. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or dissemination may constitute infringement, for which you bear the resulting legal responsibility; Pathryn may suspend the transaction or take corresponding measures accordingly.

5. Refund Policy

1. Digital goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered. Digital content can be downloaded, copied, and viewed instantly, which makes delivery irreversible. This applies equally to automatic and manual delivery.
2. Exceptions — we will issue a full refund, after verification, if one of the following applies and you submit a request with supporting evidence within 7 calendar days of payment: (1) payment succeeded but nothing was delivered; (2) the delivered content cannot be opened or decrypted, or the download link or card key is invalid, and we cannot supply a working replacement within 3 business days; (3) the delivered content differs materially from the product page description (not a difference in personal expectations); (4) the same order was charged more than once.
3. No refund is available in cases including, but not limited to: the product was successfully downloaded or unlocked; mistaken or duplicate ordering; dissatisfaction with the depth or style of the content; incompatibility with your own device or software; failure to follow the product page instructions; or a request submitted after the window above.
4. Right of withdrawal (EEA and UK consumers): under applicable consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once delivery of digital content begins. By accepting this agreement at checkout, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive that right.
5. For orders paid in cryptocurrency, an approved refund is returned in the original asset on the original network to an address you provide, converted at the rate applicable when the request is accepted, with network fees deducted from the refunded amount. Losses caused by an incorrect address you supply are yours to bear.

6. After-Sales and Disputes

1. How to reach us: submit the issue and evidence in your order details, or email support@pathryn.com with your order number.
2. Response times: we respond within 1 business day of receiving a request and reach a decision within 3 business days. Where a refund goes through a third-party payment provider, the time for funds to reach you depends on that provider and your card issuer — typically 5 to 10 business days.
3. Please use the channels above first. Filing a chargeback directly with your card issuer moves the order into a dispute process and suspends the associated accounts without speeding anything up; for abusive chargebacks we reserve the right to preserve evidence and seek recovery.
4. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, disputes go to a court of competent jurisdiction where the platform operator is located.

7. Changes to This Agreement

1. We may revise this agreement in response to legal, payment-channel, or business changes. Revisions are published on this page with an updated effective date.
2. Revisions are not retroactive: your order is governed by the version in effect when you placed it. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
