Activation counts as delivery
Non-refundable once delivered
1. Course Entitlements
- Entitlements may include video, chapters, study materials, cases, assignments, community access, or certificates, exactly as stated on the course page.
- Editions may differ in content, service period, material scope, or update entitlements. Confirm before ordering.
- Any viewing or download period stated on the course page is the entitlement's validity period; where none is stated, it remains valid while the course is listed.
2. Study and Account
- Course entitlements are bound to the purchasing account. Do not lend, share, resell, screen-record and distribute, or use them for unauthorized commercial training. We may close access and pursue legal remedies for violations.
- We may adjust chapters, materials, or the learning experience as the course is updated, while working to keep purchased core entitlements available; where content is materially reduced, we give advance notice and offer an alternative.
3. Payment and Settlement
- Two payment types are supported: (1) card and local payment rails provided by third-party payment processors; (2) cryptocurrency — currently USDT on Arbitrum and USDC on Base. Available methods are shown at checkout.
- Card payments are processed by Creem or Stripe acting as Merchant of Record. That provider handles collection, invoicing, and applicable taxes, so the merchant name on your statement may read as the provider (for example CREEM.IO or STRIPE) rather than Pathryn. This is expected — please contact us to verify a statement entry before filing a chargeback.
- A cryptocurrency transfer is irreversible once broadcast. You must send on the exact network, in the exact asset, and to the exact address shown at checkout. Losses from choosing the wrong network, sending to a wrong address, underpaying, or omitting a required memo cannot be recovered, and neither Pathryn nor the seller is liable for them. Network fees (gas) are yours to pay and are not part of the order amount.
- Transaction currency, applicable taxes, and fees are those shown at checkout. Cryptocurrency payments are considered successful only after the required number of network confirmations.
4. Refund Policy
- A course is digital content. Once study access is activated, delivery is complete and the purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Exceptions — we will issue a full refund, after verification, if one of the following applies and you submit a request with supporting evidence within 7 calendar days of payment: (1) payment succeeded but access was not activated; (2) course content cannot be accessed or materials cannot be downloaded and we cannot fix it or supply a working alternative within 3 business days; (3) the course differs materially from its page description; (4) the same order was charged more than once.
- No refund is available in cases including, but not limited to: viewing has begun or materials were downloaded; mistaken or duplicate purchase; dissatisfaction with the depth or teaching style; incompatibility with your own device or network; or a request submitted after the window above.
- Right of withdrawal (EEA and UK consumers): the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once delivery of digital content begins. By accepting this agreement at checkout, you expressly request immediate activation and acknowledge that you thereby waive that right.
5. After-Sales and Disputes
- How to reach us: submit the issue and evidence in your order details, or email support@pathryn.com with your order number. We respond within 1 business day and reach a decision within 3 business days.
- Where a refund goes through a third-party payment provider, the time for funds to reach you depends on that provider and your card issuer — typically 5 to 10 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds are returned in the original asset on the original network to an address you provide, with network fees deducted from the refunded amount.
- Please use the channels above first. Filing a chargeback directly with your card issuer moves the order into a dispute process and suspends the associated accounts without speeding anything up; for abusive chargebacks we reserve the right to preserve evidence and seek recovery.
- The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, disputes go to a court of competent jurisdiction where the platform operator is located.
