Terms of Service

1. Scope

1. Pathryn is an all-in-one platform for creators and developers, bringing together articles, discussions, columns, projects, the showcase, the tool station, user profiles, the growth center, and account settings.
2. By visiting, registering, signing in, publishing content, interacting, subscribing, or purchasing on the platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
3. Purchases are additionally governed by the matching product agreement (digital goods, courses, subscriptions, booked services, creator work support). Where a product agreement conflicts with these terms, the product agreement governs that transaction.
4. If you do not accept these terms, stop registering, signing in, or otherwise using Pathryn.

2. Account Registration and Use

1. Provide accurate, truthful, contactable account information, and take responsibility for activity under your account.
2. Keep your account, password, verification codes, third-party sign-in authorizations, and device access secure. Do not transfer, rent, lend, or use the account for unlawful activity.
3. If you discover account theft, unusual sign-ins, or unauthorized use, change your password promptly and contact us in-site or at support@pathryn.com.

3. Publishing and Community Interaction

1. You may publish articles, discussions, comments, column chapters, project descriptions, product material, and profile information on Pathryn, provided the content is lawful, truthful, and respects the rights of others.
2. You may not publish unlawful, infringing, spam, harassing, hateful, privacy-violating, fraudulent, or otherwise community-damaging content.
3. Under the community guidelines, Pathryn may ask for edits, limit visibility, hide, delist, delete, restrict interaction, or take account-level action on violating content.
4. Pathryn may provide public content in other languages. Translations are offered for reading convenience; where a translation differs from the original, the original text governs.

4. Intellectual Property and License

1. You retain your rights in your original content. By publishing, you grant Pathryn a non-exclusive license to use that content as necessary to provide, display, distribute, recommend, index, store, back up, machine-translate, and improve the service.
2. When you quote, repost, adapt, or upload someone else's content, obtain a lawful license or meet fair-use conditions, and clearly attribute the source.
3. A rights holder who believes platform content infringes their rights may submit proof of ownership and a takedown request through the report entry or at support@pathryn.com; we act after verification.

5. Creators, Subscriptions, and Transactions

1. Paid content on the platform — column subscriptions, digital goods, courses, services, and others — follows the price, entitlements, delivery method, and refund rules shown on its page, together with the matching product agreement.
2. Creators must describe content, goods, and services truthfully, and may not use false advertising, induce transactions, or circumvent platform rules.
3. For paid columns, chapter previews, order delivery, payment evidence, and after-sales handling, Pathryn may act on transaction records, delivery status, and the evidence of both parties.

6. Changes, Interruption, and Limits

1. Pathryn may adjust, suspend, or discontinue features because of product iteration, maintenance, risk control, security, compliance, or changes in third-party services.
2. To protect community order, user rights, and platform security, Pathryn may impose limits on unusual access, malicious requests, violating accounts, or high-risk behavior.
3. We work to keep the service stable but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times and on every network.

7. Limits of Responsibility

1. Content, opinions, experience, and suggestions obtained through Pathryn represent their authors, not a platform guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness, and are not investment, legal, medical, or other professional advice.
2. You are responsible for judging whether content, code, tools, goods, or services suit your situation, and bear the risk of relying on them.
3. For losses caused by force majeure, network failure, third-party service faults, your own actions, or changes in law, Pathryn bears responsibility only to the extent the law requires.

8. Account Closure and Termination

1. You may stop using the service at any time, or request account closure in account settings. After closure, your profile is handled or anonymized under the Privacy Policy; published public content may remain but is disassociated from your account.
2. Transaction, audit, security, and dispute records that the law requires us to keep are retained for the statutory period. Completed orders and delivered content are not refunded because of account closure.
3. If you seriously violate these terms or the community guidelines, Pathryn may restrict features, suspend, or terminate the account; where orders are outstanding, we first resolve delivery or refund.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

1. These terms, their validity, interpretation, and any dispute are governed by the law of the platform operator's location, except for mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
2. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, disputes go to a court of competent jurisdiction where the platform operator is located.

10. Updates and Contact

1. Pathryn may update these terms in response to business, legal, or product changes. Material changes are announced on the page, through in-site notice, or by other reasonable means, and the effective date at the top of this page is updated.
2. Updated terms take effect on publication; continued use of Pathryn constitutes acceptance. Revisions do not change the version that applied to transactions already completed.
